Sunraycer Executes Two Power Purchase Agreements with Google Energy for 400 MWac Texas Solar Portfolio

Annapolis, Maryland – March 24, 2026 – Sunraycer Renewables, LLC, an established utility-scale developer, owner, and operator of solar and energy storage projects, today announced the execution of two long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with Google for the Lupinus and Lupinus 2 solar projects in Texas. The agreements will support construction and operation of approximately 400 MWac of PV capacity in Franklin County, Texas.

Agreements support construction and operation of Midpoint and Gaia BESS projects with a combined capacity of 125 MWac / 250 MWh, delivering clean energy and ancillary services to the ERCOT grid.
