What We Do
Asset Operations
In-house operators, 24/7 monitoring, and active revenue management across 1.4 GW of operating solar and storage assets.
Asset Operations
99.5%+ Fleet Availability — Our Standard
We own and operate for decades. Every maintenance decision, dispatch strategy, and performance optimisation is made with that time horizon in mind.
While many independent power producers rely on third-party operators, Sunraycer employs its technical experts, field technicians, and asset managers directly. In-house operations means faster response times, tighter cost control, and an operator that shares your long-term interest in every asset performing at its best.

How We Operate
Eight Pillars of Operational Excellence
Our operations platform is built from first principles — not assembled from contractors. Every capability below is owned, staffed, and accountable internally.
Remote Monitoring & SCADA
Every asset in our fleet is connected to our centralised SCADA platform, streaming real-time generation, inverter health, tracker position, and meteorological data around the clock. Automated alarm thresholds trigger our operations centre before performance loss reaches material levels. We do not rely on third-party monitoring providers — the data, the alerts, and the response protocols are ours.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
Our field technicians are employed directly by Sunraycer — not subcontracted. Scheduled preventive maintenance programmes keep inverters, trackers, combiner boxes, and battery management systems operating within spec. When corrective work is required, our internal dispatch system routes the nearest qualified technician with the right spare parts inventory on-hand, targeting resolution within four hours of alarm.
Performance Guarantee Management
We actively manage our equipment performance guarantees and O&M warranties as revenue assets. Our asset management team tracks liquidated damages entitlements, coordinates warranty claims with OEM partners, and benchmarks each asset against its modelled P50 energy yield. Underperformance is investigated, documented, and recovered — not written off.
Energy Management & Dispatch
Our energy management desk manages real-time and day-ahead dispatch decisions across the portfolio, optimising co-located BESS assets for price arbitrage, frequency regulation, and capacity market participation. We develop and implement proprietary dispatch strategies informed by forward price modelling, interconnection constraints, and offtake agreement terms. Revenue recovery is not passive — it is actively managed.
Asset Management & P&L Oversight
Each operating project has a dedicated asset manager responsible for its full P&L — from revenue recognition through O&M cost control, insurance, land payments, and debt service. We produce monthly operating reports, annual budgets, and five-year forecasts for every asset. Our lenders, tax equity partners, and offtake counterparties receive the transparency they require because we build it into our operating model from day one.
Safety & Environmental Compliance
Safety is embedded in every stage of operations — not appended as a compliance checkbox. All field technicians complete NFPA 70E electrical safety, arc flash, first aid, and site-specific hazard training before working on any Sunraycer asset. Environmental compliance is managed in-house: permit conditions, stormwater inspection programmes, vegetation management, and wildlife monitoring are tracked and reported on schedule.
Crayhill Infrastructure Partnership
Sunraycer's operations infrastructure is strengthened by the backing of Crayhill Capital Management, an established alternative asset manager with deep experience in infrastructure credit and asset-level operations. Crayhill's institutional resources, operational frameworks, and risk management discipline are integrated into how we manage every asset in the portfolio — providing the capital staying power and governance rigor that industrial-scale operators require.
Long-Term Owner Alignment
We do not build to sell. Because Sunraycer retains ownership of every asset it develops and constructs, our operations team is aligned with the same multi-decade value horizon as our investors and offtakers. Decisions about maintenance investment, equipment upgrades, and performance improvement programmes are made with a 30-year lens — not a quarterly one. That alignment is our most durable competitive advantage.

Institutional Infrastructure
Crayhill Capital: Infrastructure-Grade Backing
Sunraycer is a Crayhill Portfolio Company. Crayhill Capital Management is an established alternative asset manager specializing in asset-based credit and infrastructure lending, with over $3 billion in AUM and a decade-long track record deploying capital into essential infrastructure assets across North America and Europe.
Crayhill's infrastructure investment discipline is deeply embedded in how Sunraycer manages its operating portfolio. That means rigorous asset-level underwriting, disciplined O&M cost management, active monitoring of insurance and compliance obligations, and capital structures designed for decades of stable cash flows — not quick monetization.
For Sunraycer's offtake counterparties and lenders, Crayhill's involvement means an operator with institutional governance, multi-cycle staying power, and the resources to maintain and improve assets through market cycles that would stress a standalone developer.
