Final permits received. Supply chain locked. Site mobilisation begins. Detailed construction schedule issued.
Phase 2
Months 2–8
Civil & Structural
Site grading, foundation installation, racking system assembly, underground conduit and cable tray runs.
Phase 3
Months 9–18
Electrical & Commissioning
Module installation, inverter and transformer commissioning, SCADA integration, utility interconnection, COD.
